We're upfront with clients: people get significantly more from in-person sessions. Challenging behaviour is rarely neat — tone, pace, posture, hesitation, team communication and threshold judgement are all better felt and practised than merely described.

Online delivery works well as a refresher, for distributed teams, or where in-person isn't practical, but the real shift in capability happens in the room.
