    Director

    With 22 years in UK Policing, Jim is a National Lead Trainer and assessor.

    He is a nationally recognised Subject Matter Expert (SME) and expert witness in Use of Force and Police Tactics.

    He frequently provides expert opinion to UK Police Forces, the IOPC, and Crown and Coroners Courts.

    As one of the longest-serving members of the NPCC National Tactical Advisory Group, he contributes to national best practices on Use of Force and Personal Safety.

    Jim plays a key role in UK policing working groups, helping to shape training content used across the country, including mandatory programs.

    A qualified educator with IOSH Health & Safety certification.

    He is known for his empathy, dedication, and strong analytical abilities as a respected trainer.

  • Amy Whittaker

    Operations Manager

    Amy is an experienced, resilient, articulate Shopping Centre Director.

    MBA in Facilities Management, and CIPD qualified to degree level, with more than 20 years’ experience spanning a range of disciplines.


    Working in retail for over 10 years before moving into shopping centres and supporting retailers within.

    Amy is fully aware of the challenges that are faced on a daily basis, with extensive knowledge and experience in facilities management.


    Amy believes that effective collaboration is key to achieving strong working relationships, and prides herself in ensuring excellence

    Pusbar has been in general practice for 18 years.

    She has been an educator at Liverpool university, a GP trainer and is currently a GP Partner at a busy Manchester surgery.


    When Pusbar originally qualified as a GP, incidents of violence in the workplace were rare. Since then violence and aggression has increased significantly, something Pusbar strongly feels should not be tolerated.


    Pusbar understands the challenges faced by the NHS and other public facing staff.

    She is committed to providing meaningful and effective training that ensures NHS staff have the knowledge and tools to work collaboratively if faced with aggresssion and violence.
